Sannyasa Peeth was inaugurated on 6th December 2010, the day of Sri Swamiji’s Bhu Samadhi which took place a year earlier and is dedicated to the realization of the vision and the mission imparted to Swami Niranjan in 2009 by Sri Swamiji himself.
According to the tradition, precepts, and sadhana of sannyasa, the development and expression of human creativity to its maximum potential is the aim and focus of Sannyasa Peeth. Over the course of time, through different activities and programs Sannyasa Peeth will provide the opportunity for sincere and dedicated seekers and devotees to imbibe positive spiritual sanskaras and gain exposure to the alternate lifestyle of sannyasa.
On the auspicious occasion of Guru Poornima 2011, at Sannyasa Peeth, Paduka Darshan, Munger Swami Niranjan announced that the special program of Sannyasa Peeth will be conducted annually from 8th to 12th September.
In the same way that the Akshay Tritiya, Sat Chandi Mahayajna and Yoga Poornima are conducted at Rikhiapeeth every year, and Sri Yantra aradhana during Basant Panchami is held annually at Bihar School of Yoga, the program of Sannyasa Peeth will be the Lakshmi Narayan Mahayajna.
