Yoga aims to share and communicate the teachings of integral yoga, both theoretical and practical.
It includes material on yoga philosophy and psychology, yoga therapy and research, and the application of yoga in everyday life for physical, mental emotional and spiritual well-being and total harmony of the human personality.
Information about the activities of Bihar School of Yoga, Bihar Yoga Bharati, the Yoga Research Foundation, Rikhiapeeth, Sivananda Ashram and Sivananda Math are included in each issue.
Contributions are accepted from readers and yoga practitioners such as personal insights and experiences in yoga, yoga research data, stories, poems and line art.
