Total Health Yoga Capsule (Nationals only)
Dates: 24th to 29th February 2024

For six days, yoga and ashram life promote the conditions of maintaining good health. This Yoga Capsule is for those who are in good health and who wish to maintain and further their general wellbeing. Practices, techniques and guidelines for lifestyle adjustments are part of the syllabus and encourage participants to take responsibility for their health and to understand how to live life to its fullest.


Pranayama Breathe for Healthy Lungs Training (Nationals only)
Dates: 10th to 16th April 2024

In 2020 as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Bihar School of Yoga designed a program for the management of a healthy respiratory system, Pranayama Breathe for Healthy Lungs. Basic practices were presented to develop awareness of various breathing patterns and to reap the physical, pranic, mental and emotional benefits of correct breathing. This training provides an in-depth understanding of breath, prana and general health as well as the practices, attitudes and lifestyle adjustments required for optimum wellbeing.
