The first series of Satyananda Yoga for Everyone presents five yoga capsules that can be done together in one session or divided into separate sessions during the day.

The day starts with the mantra sadhana, followed by the practice of asanas that promote flexibility and give you energy. The next capsule of pranayama connects you to your breath and enhances the quality of your breathing. An introduction to yoga nidra will allow you to use this practice to attain mental and physical relaxation. The practice of ajapa japa is the first step to develop one-pointedness and concentration.
