The intermediate series of Satyananda Yoga for Everyone is the next level of applying yoga in your life. If you are familiar and comfortable with the Introduction series, then take up this series. The five yoga capsules that can be done together in one session or divided into separate sessions during the day.

The mantra sadhana continues and a new set of asanas will deepen your experience of your own body. Pranayama increases breathing capacity and balances mental agitation. The practice of yoga nidra deepens your understanding of relaxation and awareness.

The first level of antar mouna heightens understanding of the role of senses and thoughts play in daily life.
